1. Who we are

• The Root Analysis Test: four tests that open one by one, and a report.
• A Consultation: a 45-minute one-to-one session.
• Recorded courses: Nervous System Regulation, Cooking and Fermentation, and Emotional Regulation, sold one by one and together.
• A Personal Plan [plan name]: a personal routine and diet plan, with a consultation, recorded videos and 7 days of WhatsApp support.
• Health by Design: a 6-week program.
• Free content and the free Gut Health Test.

What each offering includes is described on the Offerings page. We may change or stop an offering. We will not change what you have already paid for without telling you.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must use the service for you. You must give correct information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Health information

Our content, tests, reports and sessions are for education and general wellness. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose or treat any condition. We are not a substitute for your doctor. Never stop or change medicine because of something you read or heard from us. Read the Health Disclaimer.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. [Say whether prices include GST]. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details. You will get a confirmation by email after a successful payment.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

7. Our content and your use of it

The tests, reports, courses, videos, plans, text, pictures and design belong to us or are used with permission. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use what you buy for yourself. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish it, or share your login.

8. What you must not do

• Use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Try to break, overload or get into the site or other people's accounts.
• Copy or scrape our content.
• Give false information.

9. Testimonials and results

Stories and testimonials on this site are shared with the person's consent. They show what happened for them. Results are different for every person and are not promised.

10. Limits on our responsibility

We take care to give you good content and a working service, but we cannot promise any health result, or that the site will always run without errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the thing the claim is about. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
