Delivery Policy
We do not ship physical products. Everything is delivered online. This page says when and how. Lines in square brackets need to be confirmed.
1. Root Analysis Test
It opens in your account straight after your payment is confirmed. We also send a confirmation email. The four tests open one by one, and your answers are saved if you leave in between. You get your report at the end.
2. Recorded courses
Courses open in your account [straight away / within a few hours] after payment. Access lasts [how long, for example lifetime or 12 months].
3. Consultation
After payment you pick a time or we confirm one within [number of] days. The session is held on [video platform]. You will get the link by email before the session.
4. Personal Plan
Your plan is delivered [how, for example in your account or as a PDF] within [number of] days after your consultation. The 7 days of WhatsApp support start [when].
5. Health by Design
The program starts on [start date or rule]. We will email you the details after payment.
6. If you do not get access
First check your spam folder. If you still cannot get in within [number of] hours, email [support email] with your payment reference and we will help.
