Cancellation and Refunds

1. How it works

• This applies to everything bought on this website, paid in INR through Razorpay.
• To ask for a cancellation or refund, email [support email] with your name, the email you used and your order number.
• We reply within [2] business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5 to 7] business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

2. Root Analysis Test (₹199)

• It is a digital product and opens in your account as soon as you pay.
• [Proposed: no refund once you have started the first test.]
• If you paid and could not open it because of a problem on our side, we will fix it or refund you in full.

3. Consultation (₹1,999)

• [Proposed: free change of time up to 24 hours before the session.]
• [Proposed: cancel at least 24 hours before for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded.]
• If we cancel or cannot attend, we will offer a new time or a full refund.

4. Recorded courses

• Courses are digital and open in your account.
• [Proposed: refund within 7 days of buying if you have watched less than 20 percent.]
• [Proposed: no refund after that, or for a change of mind.]

5. Personal Plan (₹9,999)

• [Refund rules to be confirmed. Suggested: refundable before the consultation takes place; not after the plan is delivered.]

6. Health by Design (₹29,999)

• [Refund rules to be confirmed, including whether a refund is split by week after the program starts.]

7. Failed or double payments

If money was taken but your order did not go through, or you were charged twice, Razorpay returns it automatically, usually in [5 to 7] business days. If it does not arrive, email us with your payment reference.

8. Your rights under law

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
